The Cover
β-catenin expression in a patient carrying sporadic colorectal cancer. Through molecular analyses, the tumor showed two distinct somatic APC mutations and microsatellite stability. β-catenin immunoreactivity is restricted to the plasma membrane in normal tissue (on the right) whereas it strongly decorates both cytoplasm and nucleus in tumoral tissue (on the left).
