The Cover
BRM is located in the nuclei in normal lung tissues (upper left). A majority of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cases are negative for BRM (upper right), whereas 26% of the cases have nuclear BRM (lower left) and 11% of the cases show membranous BRM (lower right). Nuclear BRM staining in NSCLC is associated with a better prognosis whereas membranous BRM staining in adenocarcinoma correlates with poorer survival in these patients.
