The Cover
DNA sequence gains are shown on the right and DNA sequence losses are shown on the left of each affected chromosome. These DNA copy number changes were observed by CGH in node-negative invasive ductal breast carcinomas. The red colored DNA sequence alterations represent tumors withdistant disease recurrence, whereas black lines show the alterations in tumors without distant disease recurrence. Different lengths of lines indicate a different extent of genomic alterations on a particular chromosomal region. For details, see Dellas et al. in this issue.
