The Cover
Strong expression of integrin-linked kinase in human cutaneous malignant melanoma. Using tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemistry, we demonstrated that strong expression of integrin-linked kinase is significantly associated with melanoma thickness, lymph node invasion, and inversely correlated with 5-year patient survival.
