  • a PBMCs were obtained from patients and simultaneously studied by three different methods. The data are ranges in the numbers of positive CD8+ T cells per 105 cells tested with ranges in reciprocal frequencies of responsive CD8+ T cells shown in parenthesis. The PBMCs were obtained before and after 4 weekly vaccinations with the DC-based polyepitope vaccines. The numbers and reciprocal frequencies of responsive CD8+ T cells were determined without in vitro expansion.
