  • NOTE: K562 cells were exposed to 1 or 10 μmol/L camptothecin in the presence or absence of 0.4 μmol/L AG14361 for 30 minutes or 16 hours. Levels of cleavable complexes were measured by SDS precipitation and expressed as a percent of the DMSO or 0.4 μmol/L AG14361-treated control as appropriate.
