  • a The drugs sensitivity in terms of IC50 was determined by cell viability analysis of parental (PC-3), control-transfected (PV1), and antisense (PA7 and PA3) clones. All the cell clones were seeded initially at 1.0 × 105 cells in different concentrations of drugs as indicated and incubated at 37°C for various time intervals. The viable cells were counted by trypan blue exclusion method in a haemocytometer.
