Sensitivity of various tumor-derived cell lines to lovastatin-induced cytotoxicity: MTT analysis

Each MTT50 and MTT30 value was determined by averaging two independent experiments with six replicates in each experiment. The sensitivity index for each cell line was then calculated using the following formula S.I. = (MTT50n=1 − meanMTT50n=80) + (MTT30n=1 − meanMTT30n=80).
